Vermont driving log form
Vermont has its own driving log, VN-210. You fill in a row for each drive and turn it in.
In the state's own words
“This form must be submitted to the Department of Motor Vehicles at the time of application for a Junior Driver’s License.”
“Do you certify that your child has received a minimum of 40 additional hours of practice behind the wheel, with at least 10 hours being nighttime driving?”
“If using the RoadReady App it is not necessary to use this form.”
Checked on the state's own website on October 18, 2026. Rules change, so confirm with your DMV before your appointment.
What this means for you
VN-210 is Vermont's log, with a row for each drive. The form says it must be submitted to the DMV when the teen applies for a junior license. The one other log the form names is a printout from the RoadReady app.
