1. Introduction

Weekly LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the GoTime – Student Driving Log application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS and Android applications. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Who Uses This App

GoTime is intended for use by:

• Student drivers between the ages of 14 and 17 (with parental or guardian consent)
• Student drivers ages 18 and older
• Parents, guardians, and supervising adults who oversee a student's driving progress

If you are under the age of 14, you may not use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements described above. If you are between 14 and 17, your parent or guardian must review and consent to this Privacy Policy on your behalf.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use the App:

a. Information You Provide Directly

• Name and contact information (such as your email address) used to create and manage your account
• Parent or supervisor information, including name and contact details, provided when setting up a supervised driving relationship

b. Driving Log Data

• Date, time, and duration of each logged drive
• Distance traveled per drive
• Cumulative driving hours and progress toward licensing requirements
• Skill grades, if you use GoTime Pro to grade the skills practiced on a drive

c. Location / GPS Data

With your permission, the App collects GPS location data during logged drives to measure time, distance, and night hours. You may control location access through your device settings on iOS or Android. Disabling location access may limit certain App features.

Saved routes. If you use GoTime Pro and turn on route saving, the App also stores the path of each drive, with its speed and stops, so you can see the drive on a map. A route often starts or ends at a home or a school. Everyone who shares the driver's log can see that driver's saved routes. Routes are saved only after you turn route saving on. You can delete one route, or every saved route, in the App at any time, and the drives themselves stay in the log.

d. Weather Data

The App retrieves current weather conditions corresponding to your drive location through Open-Meteo, a free open-source weather API. This is used to enrich your drive log with weather context. We transmit your approximate location to Open-Meteo solely for this purpose.

e. Usage and Analytics Data

We use Amplitude Analytics to collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, session duration, device type, operating system version, and general usage patterns. This data is collected in aggregate to help us understand and improve the App experience. Amplitude's privacy policy governs their handling of analytics data.

f. State Driving Log Forms

If you use GoTime Pro to fill in your state's official driving log form, some states ask for details about each supervisor, such as a driver's license number and state, or an age. We collect these details only when you make a form that asks for them. We use them to fill in that form, and we may keep them with that supervisor so you are not asked again.

g. Purchases

If you buy GoTime Pro, Apple or Google handles the payment. Through RevenueCat, we receive which plan you bought and whether it is active, so the App can turn Pro on for the driver's log. We never receive your card or payment details.

h. Crash Reports

We use Sentry to receive reports when the App crashes or hits an error, including device type, operating system version, and what the App was doing. We use these reports only to find and fix problems.

i. Our Website

Our website, gotimelog.com, uses Plausible Analytics to count visits. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. It records which pages are visited, the website that referred you, and your general country, browser, and device type. It also counts taps on links to other websites and app stores, file downloads, contact form submissions, and visits to pages that do not exist. It does not record what you type into a form. We see this only as totals. It does not identify you, and it is not linked to your GoTime account.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, operate, and maintain core App functionality including drive logging and progress tracking
• Display weather conditions associated with your drives
• Provide GoTime Pro features you buy, including saved routes, skill grades, and state driving log forms
• Analyze product usage patterns to improve App features and user experience
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support inquiries
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a cloud-based platform provided by Google LLC. Firebase infrastructure is subject to Google's security standards and privacy practices. Your data may be stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where Google operates data centers.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

• Google Firebase – Cloud data storage and account authentication. See Google's Privacy Policy

• Plausible Analytics – Visit counts for our website, without cookies. See Plausible's Data Policy

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

7. Advertising

The App does not use third-party ad networks or programmatic advertising, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers. We may feature products from partners we have reviewed ourselves, shown as clearly labelled placements. These placements are not targeted using your location data or driving logs. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users as required by applicable law.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With third-party service providers (as described in Section 6) necessary to operate the App
• With a parent, guardian, or supervisor who shares the driver's log, including that driver's saved routes and skill grades
• In response to a valid legal request, court order, or to comply with applicable law
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Weekly LLC, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case users will be notified of any change in data ownership

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Users between the ages of 14 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 14 without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at support@gotimelog.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access – You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction – You may request that we correct inaccurate information in your account
• Deletion – You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@gotimelog.com
• Location Data – You may disable GPS access at any time in your device settings — on iOS, Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services; on Android, Settings > Location > App location permissions
• Saved Routes – You may turn route saving off, and delete one saved route or every saved route, in the App at any time
• Analytics Opt-Out – You may contact us to inquire about options to limit analytics data collection

Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after a deletion request.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and driving log data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by providing in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
