GoTime Account Deletion

How to delete your GoTime account and everything stored with it.

To delete your GoTime account and all associated data:

  1. 1Open the GoTime app
  2. 2Tap the gear icon to go to Settings
  3. 3Scroll to Account and tap "Delete Account"
  4. 4Confirm

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account record, all drivers you created, all driving sessions, your profile photo, and your settings.

What we retain

We retain only anonymized aggregate analytics that contain no personally identifying information.

Can't access the app?

If you can't access the app, email support@gotimelog.com from the address linked to your account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
