These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Weekly LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of the GoTime – Student Driving Log application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you are between the ages of 14 and 17, your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you use the App. By allowing a minor to use the App, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and accepts responsibility for the minor's use.

We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 14 to create accounts or use the App. If we become aware that a user is under 14 without appropriate parental consent, we will terminate that account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Weekly LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
GoTime is designed to help student drivers and their families log, track, and manage supervised driving hours in preparation for obtaining a driver's license. You may use the App only for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes.

GoTime is a record-keeping and logging tool only. The App is not a substitute for professional driver's education, certified instructor supervision, or compliance with the specific graduated licensing laws of your state.
WEEKLY LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT USE OF THIS APP GUARANTEES COMPLIANCE WITH ANY STATE'S GRADUATED DRIVER LICENSING (GDL) REQUIREMENTS. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your driving logs meet the requirements of your state's motor vehicle authority.
GoTime is designed to run in the background during supervised drives to record time and log data. The App should be configured before the drive begins. Users should not manually interact with the App in ways that distract from the safe operation of a vehicle.
GoTime is available as a free download with full access to every feature. There are currently no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. We may introduce a paid tier in the future; if we do, we will give notice before anything changes. The App does not carry third-party ad networks or programmatic advertising. We may feature products from partners we have reviewed ourselves, shown as clearly labelled placements. We do not sell your data to advertisers. We reserve the right to modify the features available in the App at any time with reasonable notice.
The App allows you to create and store driving log entries, notes, and related data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant Weekly LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and operate the App.
You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You agree not to submit any User Content that is false, defamatory, or in violation of any third-party rights.
All content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, trademarks, and other materials in the App are the exclusive property of Weekly LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our express written permission.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Amplitude Analytics, and Open-Meteo. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Weekly LLC is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party service.
Links or references to third-party websites or services do not constitute an endorsement by Weekly LLC. You access any third-party service at your own risk.
We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and access to the App, without prior notice or liability, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have:
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may, at our discretion, delete your account data following termination. If you believe your account was terminated in error, please contact us at support@gotimelog.com.
You may also terminate your account at any time through the app or by visiting our account deletion page.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEEKLY LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the App, including weather data or driving log calculations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEEKLY LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Weekly LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weekly LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
YOU AND WEEKLY LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English on an individual basis.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and may notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weekly LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
