Weekly LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the GoTime – Student Driving Log application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS and Android applications. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

If you are under the age of 14, you may not use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements described above. If you are between 14 and 17, your parent or guardian must review and consent to this Privacy Policy on your behalf.
We collect the following types of information when you use the App:
With your permission, the App collects GPS location data during logged drives to track routes and calculate distances. You may control location access through your device settings on iOS or Android. Disabling location access may limit certain App features.
The App retrieves current weather conditions corresponding to your drive location through Open-Meteo, a free open-source weather API. This is used to enrich your drive log with weather context. We transmit your approximate location to Open-Meteo solely for this purpose.
We use Amplitude Analytics to collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, session duration, device type, operating system version, and general usage patterns. This data is collected in aggregate to help us understand and improve the App experience. Amplitude's privacy policy governs their handling of analytics data.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a cloud-based platform provided by Google LLC. Firebase infrastructure is subject to Google's security standards and privacy practices. Your data may be stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where Google operates data centers.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App does not use third-party ad networks or programmatic advertising, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers. We may feature products from partners we have reviewed ourselves, shown as clearly labelled placements. These placements are not targeted using your location data or driving logs. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users as required by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
The App is not directed to children under 14 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Users between the ages of 14 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 14 without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at support@gotimelog.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

We retain your personal information and driving log data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by providing in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
